1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Honest Stress Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app is

Honest Stress Tracker is a personal reflection tool for recording stress check-ins and reviewing patterns from your own data. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency care. Insights describe associations in your recorded data; they do not state causes or clinical conclusions. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a crisis resource. Get Help in the app lists external support links and does not contact emergency services for you.

3. App use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial reflection. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Local data and no paid unlocks

Journal entries and preferences are stored locally on your device. This version does not offer accounts, cloud journal sync, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid unlocks. CSV export and import are under your control; destinations you choose have their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Intellectual property

The app, text, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Mikhail Kostin and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

6. Availability and disclaimer

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee that insights will be useful or accurate for your situation. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Privacy

Please read the Privacy Policy for information about on-device journal data, analytics, crash reports, and related processing.

8. Changes and contact
